It responds to new travel needs to protect its guests.Hotel Safety Program provides different coverage that aim to protect the following risks:

• cancellation of reservation until the day of departure
• 24 hour health care during your stay with guarantee of reimbursement of medical expenses
• travel arrangements in case of illness
• theft or loss of luggage
• care for family members left at home
• assistance to the breakdown vehicle
• protection of the stay, which offers the refund of the travel fee not enjoyed in case of extension or early termination
