Bring along your animal friends – our Pet Hotels are here to look after every member of the family.

To make your stay really special for all of the family, we’ve come up with a simple yet useful range of services to help you manage your four-legged friend!

At the hotel entrance, you’ll always find a dish of water for your pet.

We’ll provide you with the following in-room services, free of charge:

• a dish for food and water
• a padded mat for your pet to sleep on
• a plaid blanket for the bed
• a room with a balcony
• a dedicated scratching mat

At reception:

• a nice gift upon check-in
• hygiene bags always available for when you take your dog for a walk
• all information on and how to reach the pet-friendly “Bau Bau beach” (situated only 800 metres from our hotel)
• information on local parks and areas where your dog can run around freely and have fun
• contact details of a local vet with a specialised clinic, open 24 hours a day
• dog sitting service available upon request, with a supplement
• 24 hr dog washing services available upon request, with a supplement

Local area: our hotel is situated in the centre of Jesolo but has a quiet positioning right next to the pedestrian area – just a stone’s throw away from a number of grassed areas where you can take your dogs on a leash. Dogs are also allowed on the beach promenade. You can also take your dogs on the free beaches. However, dogs are not allowed in the bathing areas (this is only possible on “Bau Bau Beach”). Please remember that you must keep your dog on a leash at all times and always use hygiene bags.

Accessible areas in the hotel: your animal friends are welcome in all public areas (excluding the swimming pools and the sun terrace), in respect of others.

Cleaning: all rooms will be sanitised at the end of your stay, using specific detergents and anti-allergy products in order to make all of our guests happy, safe and satisfied – because cleanliness is the most important thing!

That’s why we ask you for a small supplement at the end of your stay, to cover room sanitisation.
